What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

I am on following drugs Jalra 50 – 1-0-1,Glycomat 500 1-0-1, Metolar 50 1-0-0,arbital 40 1-0-1,rosovas 20 0-0-1,ecosprin 150 0-0-1.
My blood report is given below also bp and weight is given
I under went a bypass surgery 2.5 years ago ie nan2008

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The medicines that you are taking is for Diabetes Mellitus.
These medicines have to be taken so there is no point in stopping or discontinuing them.
The fasting blood glucose level is fluctuating. Ideally fasting blood glucose level should be below 100 mg/dl, however, levels upto 110 mg/dl is acceptable.
The post-prandial blood glucose level is also high.
Post prandial levels should be below 140 mg/dl.
Some of post prandial values are under control, however, some of them are high.
You need to complement your medications with regular exercise and consult your physician for review of the medication and their doses.
